Title:Effect of Micro-temperature on Occupancy of Bat House

Abstract:
The misunderstangduing of bats from people makes the conservation of bats slower than other creatures. In recent years , with more and more pieces of reserch on bats, people get to know the great significance of bats on ecology. In terms of the conservation of bats, the most important factors taken into consideration are the protection for the natural habitat as well as the artificial bat houses with regard to factors such as height, direction, predators, etc. Nevertheless, scholars seldom pay attention to the influence of the temperature. As a result, the study investigates the influence of micro-temperature in bat houses on the purch of bats. An interesting phenomenon is found that the temperature in bat houses makes a significant impact on the perch of bats and vice versa. The average temperature in the daytime is the main factor that bats consider to stay in the house. The color inside the bat house affects the temperature within.
For a great perch in bat houses under the proper temperature , it is important to record the average temperature inside the house in the daytime. Therefore, it takes much time to keep the record, almost half a day. The better period for recording the temperatures is four hours to seven ones after the sunrise. No matter which way we use to record the tempertures, the proper ones for the best perch range from 27℃ to 32℃.
